Madewell is most commonly known for their stylish clothes. I like them because of their VERY comfortable shoes. The shoes cost a pretty penny. Most retail prices hover near $200 and they almost NEVER go on sale. The craftsmanship is impeccable and can easily become your favorite shoe.

Helpful sales associates that aren't fake or overly energetic when you walk into the store. They are all kind and willing to help find an item or give feedback on fit but I like that if I want to shop with my headphones on and zone out I don't feel like someone is following me around the store trying to sell me things. Some items online are not in store, but that's pretty common with most retail so it's never a big issue for me.

My wife loves this place so I usually go here for gifts for special occasions. It's in a good spot in Old Town Pasadena next to Zara.

I haven't bought a pair of jeans in 3 years and finally decided to go to Madewell because so many people said that they are the best! Since I didn't know my size, I asked someone there for help. Both employees on the floor were super helpful in explaining the return policy and making sure I found the best jeans for my body type. I am so happy with my new pair! Plus I got two super comfy shirts. Highly recommended coming in to this Madewell!

The staff here is very friendly. The store has a beautiful old/new feel to it. The blue jeans recycle program is really cool. Bring in any brand of your old jeans blue or black and they'll give you $20 off a new pair of jeans. The old jeans get recycled into environmentally friendly house insulation. There isn't free parking and the street is usually crowed but it's a college town so you expect that. All and all a great experience in the store.

Location is great and I'm a fan of their shoes and clothes. Great quality products and the staff is always willing to help. Update: Staff is so friendly and attentive. Had a great shopping experience. Purchased some items, exchanged an item and took advantage of their alterations service.

The staff here are so nice! Bianca helped me find a pair of jeans. I have been looking high and low for a pair of jeans that would fit for months at different retailers. I thought I would give Madewell a try, and I’m so glad I did. I’m so glad Bianca was the one to help. Buying clothes is always a rough experience, but I left with a big smile on my face!!

Went here with my sister in law who made a larger purchase. The merchandise is well laid out and the staff is polite. There are two stories of products, don't miss the second level. They have fair trade denim, cool shirts, jewelry and fun shoes. I like the spot overall. My nephew was running all over the place pretending to be a superhero and the staff was exceptionally patient with him 😂

I really have to shoutout the positive experience I had at Madewell. I walked in, in my third trimester of pregnancy looking for something that might fit and feel comfortable. I was planning to just browse and wasn’t looking for help. Marty instantly jumped in and helped me find clothes that not only fit but made me feel good! I’ve struggled to find clothes this entire pregnancy and it felt so nice to feel seen and to walk away with some beautiful clothes. Thank you!
